Return Policy:
- Items can be returned within 3 days of purchase.
- A return is possible if you received the wrong item from us. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Clearance and sale items are non-returnable.
Exchange Policy:
- At Al Fatah Fabrics, we currently do not offer exchanges on any products. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before completing your purchase to ensure that you receive the correct items.

Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team via email at customercare@alfatahfabrics.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
